Big Daddy’s Tangy Southern Fried Chicken


  • 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Big Daddy’s Marinade
  • 1/3 cup peanut/cooking oil of your choice
  • All purpose flour, or other dry breader


  1. Cut chicken into 1″ wide strips or 1″ cubes.
  2. Place chicken in a marinading dish.
  3. Pour Big Daddy’s Marinade over chicken and toss.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
  5. Place flour or breading mix into a seperate bowl.
  6. Pour oil into frying pan and turn to medium heat.
  7. Take chicken from marinade and roll in flour until evenly coated.
  8. Place breaded chicken into frying pan.
  9. Fry chicken on medium heat until golden brown.

Grilled Boneless Chicken Breast


  • 2 lbs trimmed boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup Big Daddy’s Marinade


  1. Place chicken in a marinating dish.
  2. Pour Big Daddy’s Marinade over chicken and toss to cover with marinade.
  3. Place in refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove and grill until desired temperature.

Chicken Pasta Stir Fry


  • 2 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 sweet onion
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Big Daddy’s Superb-Herb seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked penne pasta


  1. cut chicken breast into 1″ cubes
  2. julienne both bell peppers
  3. dice onion
  4. heat olive oil to medium high in sauce pan
  5. place cubed chicken in sauce pan and season with Big Daddy’s Superb-Herb seasoning
  6. cook chicken until lightly brown
  7. add peppers and onions and sprinkle more Superb-Herb seasoning cooking until desired tenderness
  8. add penne pasta and continue to heat until pasta is at desired temperature
