Pork Loin Roast


  • 3-5 lb pork loin roast
  • Big Daddy’s Marinade
  • Big daddy’s Superb-Herb seasoning
  • Hot pepper jelly


  1. trim excess fat from loin roast
  2. marinade with Big daddy’s Marinade and inject with food syringe as desired
  3. generously season the exterior of loin roast with Big Daddy’s Superb-Herb seasoning
  4. place in covered roasting pan at 250 º for approximately 1 hr per pound
  5. about 20 minutes before done, apply the hot pepper jelly on top of roast and finish cooking uncovered.
